El inicio de la investigación fue el desarrollo de la problemática de estudio, con la cual se llegó a la siguiente interrogante ¿Cómo el endomarketing influye en el desempeño laboral en GRE GRUP S.A.C., Trujillo - 2022?, para lo cual se planteó la siguiente hipótesis: El endomarketing influye significativamente en el desempeño laboral en GRE GRUP S.A.C., Trujillo - 2022. Se utilizó la técnica de contrastación correlacional. Se trabajó con una población compuesta por 47 colaboradores de la empresa GRE GRUP S.A.C., Trujillo – 2022, dónde se consideró una población muestral, es decir, los 47 colaboradores. Como instrumentó se aplicó el cuestionario. Para determinar la influencia del endomarketing en el desempeño laboral de utilizó el método estadístico de Pearson, mediante la cual se pudo concluir que existe una influencia significativa, con un resultado de correlación 0,597 y un nivel de significancia de 0,000; lo que se concluye, que aceptamos la hipótesis alternativa y se rechaza la hipótesis nula.
