Por ello, se propone un Centro Comunitario Cultural Recreativo basado en criterios de arquitectura paisajista para el sector de Buenos Aires, en Trujillo, Perú, el cual es un proyecto diseñado para mejorar el entorno urbano y fortalecer la cohesión social en esta área específica. La investigación, que analizó las necesidades y características de la zona y puso de manifiesto la escasez de espacios adecuados para actividades culturales y recreativas, pretende crear un espacio en Buenos Aires con el objetivo de fomentar la cohesión social y la identidad cultural. Es por ello que la propuesta busca integrar el edificio con el entorno natural, utilizando elementos del paisaje para mejorar la funcionalidad y estética del centro. Así mismo, proporcionar un espacio multifuncional que combine actividades culturales, recreativas y sociales utilizando principios de arquitectura paisajista, adaptándose a las necesidades y características del sector. Integra criterios de arquitectura paisajista, lo que significa que se presta especial atención a la armonía entre el edificio y su entorno natural. Se busca crear un espacio que no solo funcione como un centro comunitario, sino que también enriquezca el paisaje urbano, promoviendo un entorno saludable, ofreciendo espacios accesibles para que los residentes participen en actividades culturales y recreativas. Además, puede fomentar el sentido de comunidad y pertenencia.

For this reason, a Community Cultural Recreational Center based on landscape architectural standards is suggested for Trujillo, Peru's Buenos Aires region. Which is a project designed to improve the urban environment and strengthen social cohesion in this specific area. It aims to provide a space that fosters social cohesion and promotes cultural identity in the Buenos Aires sector. The study examines the needs and characteristics of the area, pointing out the dearth of suitable locations for socializing and cultural events. For this reason, the plan aims to improve the center's utility and attractiveness by integrating the building with the surrounding nature. Additionally, to create a multipurpose area that integrates social, cultural, and recreational activities while adhering to the demands and peculiarities of the industry by utilizing landscape architecture concepts.
