El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, y el diseño de la investigación fue descriptiva, cuya población y muestra fue el ascensor del centro comercial Plaza del Mar de Piura. En el primer objetivo se configuro el hardware del sistema y se definieron los elementos de control mediante la planificación. Para el segundo objetivo se identificaron la cantidad de señales, y elementos para diseñar el esquema tecnológico con el cableado, y por último, se valorizo el presupuesto del proyecto en S/11 000.00 mediante la identificaron los gastos de recursos humanos, pasajes y viáticos, equipos y bienes duraderos, materiales e insumos, asesorías especializadas, servicios de terceros, y gastos logísticos
