El problema tratado fue principalmente el desorden de los artículos, en función de esto se obtuvo como resultado principal la detección y eliminación de 43 condiciones inseguras, llegando a la conclusión central que 5 ”S” es una herramienta muy útil para prevenir accidentes laborales en los aspectos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, con esto se verificó la hipótesis descriptiva de trabajo donde se estableció una relación directa entre la aplicación de la herramienta 5 ”S” y las condiciones inseguras, esto nos permite recomendar la aplicación de dicha herramienta lean en las otras áreas de la empresa Camisea Energy.
