Francisco Lizarzaburu del distrito El Porvenir 2020?, tuvo como hipótesis el liderazgo pedagógico tiene una relación positiva en el comportamiento organizacional en la I.E. Francisco Lizarzaburu del distrito El Porvenir 2020. El diseño empleado fue de tipo correlacional de corte transversal, se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, la población estuvo representada por 50 docentes de nivel secundario, quienes constituyeron en su totalidad la muestra. Los resultados de la investigación concluyeron que no existe relación entre ambas variables con una correlación de Spearman de 0.184 con un valor de p=0.200 a un nivel de significancia del 5%.

Francisco Lizarzaburu from the El Porvenir 2020 district. The problem was: What is the relationship between pedagogical leadership and organizational commitment in the I.E. Francisco Lizarzaburu from the El Porvenir 2020 district? had as a hypothesis that pedagogical leadership has a positive relationship in organizational behavior in the I.E. Francisco Lizarzaburu of the El Porvenir 2020 district. The design used was cross-sectional correlational type, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, the population was represented by 50 secondary level teachers, who made up the entire sample.
