description Esta tesis se titula ““Implementación de la Carta Balance para Incrementar la Productividad del Proceso Constructivo del Colegio Divino Jesús, Distrito de La Esperanza““, y la intención principal es poner en marcha la Herramienta de Gestión Carta Balance para aumentar la productividad en la ejecución de la obra del Colegio Divino Jesús; No solo tiene como objetivo lograr los beneficios de este proyecto de construcción, sino también para otros proyectos de construcción similares que desean mejorar su productividad al reducir las variables de producción mediante la implementación de esta herramienta de gestión de acuerdo con la filosofía Lean Construction; obteniendo así la pregunta ¿ Implementando la Carta Balance se incrementará la productividad del proceso constructivo del colegio Divino Jesús, distrito de La Esperanza?. En esta tesis, está determinado por su Tipo como Investigación Aplicada, de acuerdo a su Diseño de Contrastación como Investigación Pre Experimental - Longitudinal y corresponde según su Nivel como Investigación Aplicativa, considerando Técnicas de Observación No Conductiva, Fichas Textuales y de Resumen; ubicamos primero todas las partidas de esta obras, las agrupamos o desglosamos acorde a sus características, siendo un total de noventa partidas con tiempos de 60 minutos a más (tiempo que recomienda Carta Balance), luego se identificaron las acciones y cargos del propio personal obrero; y con las recomendaciones de CAPECO para el Sector Construcción, se hicieron 3 mediciones previas de los TP, TC y TNC por Partida y así identificamos su Tradicional Productividad, después se establecieron las estrategias clave para cada caso tratando de mitigar los TNC, y posterior se realizaron 4 mediciones de TP, TC y TNC por Partida para obtener su Nueva Productividad. Obteniendo todos los promedios de Diagnóstico y Evolución de los TP, TC y TNC por Partida específica y también agrupados por Espacialidades y por toda la Obra. Mostrando una gran mejora de Productividad cercana al 20% en la construcción de este colegio, avalándose este resultado por su Docimasia de Hipótesis con Nivel de Confianza del 99%. Consumando que esta investigación obtuvo los resultados esperados y se sugiere aplicar la Carta Balance en otras obras de construcción por los resultados plasmados.

In this thesis, it is determined by its Type as Applied Research, according to its Contrasting Design as Pre-Experimental - Longitudinal Research and corresponds according to its Level as Applied Research, considering Non-Conductive Observation Techniques, Textual and Summary Files; We first located all the items of this works, grouped them or broke them down according to their characteristics, being a total of ninety items with times of 60 minutes or more (time recommended by the Balance Sheet), then the actions and positions of the workers themselves were identified. ; and with the recommendations of CAPECO for the Construction Sector, 3 previous measurements of the TP, TC and TNC per Item were made and thus we identified their Traditional Productivity, then the key strategies for each case were established trying to mitigate the TNC, and later made 4 measurements of TP, TC and TNC per Match to obtain their New Productivity. Obtaining all the Diagnosis and Evolution averages of the PT, TC and TNC by specific Item and also grouped by Spatialities and by the entire Work. Showing a great improvement in Productivity close to 20% in the construction of this school, endorsing this result by its Hypothesis Docimasia with a Confidence Level of 99%.
