Se plantea un proyecto arquitectónico denominado “centro cultural artístico”, ubicado en el distrito de Amarilis que colinda con el río Huallaga y la Av. Inter regional, permitiendo así descentralizar las actividades culturales que se encuentran concentradas en el distrito de Huánuco, cabe mencionar que estas instalaciones culturales se encuentran en condiciones precarias y en ambientes adaptados. La cultura puede considerarse actualmente como un conjunto de rasgos distintivos, espirituales y materiales, intelectuales y afectivos e incluso mucho más allá de las costumbres y tradiciones con el objetivo de caracterizar a una sociedad o un grupo social, la idea de proponer este centro cultural es que funcione como un núcleo urbano y además busque ser un lugar de encuentro y cohesión permitiendo la vida en la ciudad, sin perder el objetivo de ser un hito representativo que cumpla con todos los servicios requeridos de la población. De tal manera que permita difundir la cultura mediante los espacios que ofrece el centro cultural, así como también su desarrollo educativo mediante talleres artísticos, además de espacios públicos que se van integrando con su entorno natural y urbano.

An architectural project called ““artistic cultural center““ is proposed, located in the district of Amarilis that borders the Huallaga River and the Inter regional Avenue, allowing the decentralization of cultural activities that are concentrated in the district of Huanuco, it is worth mentioning that these cultural facilities are in precarious conditions and in adapted environments. Culture can currently be considered as a set of distinctive features, spiritual and material, intellectual and affective and even far beyond the customs and traditions in order to characterize a society or a social group, the idea of proposing this cultural center is to function as an urban core and also seeks to be a meeting place and cohesion allowing life in the city, without losing the goal of being a representative landmark that meets all the services required of the population.
