description El presente Proyecto de Tesis propone la implementación de una Nueva Sede de Gobierno Regional de La Libertad en la ciudad de Trujillo ubicado en el terreno donde funciona la actual infraestructura Pública. El Objetivo del proyecto es minimizar los tiempos de traslado de un órgano a otro que realizan los usuarios generando un eje de circulación central que permita enlazar las distintas gerencias. Esto permitirá una gestión más eficiente que beneficie a los usuarios al realizar sus trámites documentarios, del mismo modo, a los trabajadores públicos encargados de realizar dichas labores públicas en aporte al servicio de la población. Esta propuesta de Tesis tiene un amplio ambiente destinado a la zona de lactancia y guardería pensando en los servidores públicos madres y padres que tienen hijos menores de edad y no cuentan con personal confiable para el cuidado de ellos. Así también cuenta con un amplio Salón de Usos Múltiples (SUM), el cual se divide por un separador a la mitad convirtiéndose en dos salones para distintas charlas o conferencias. Pensando en la actualización que debe recibir el personal público para mejorar la forma más eficiente y técnica de su función, se diseñó en la infraestructura salones para capacitaciones de distintos órganos gubernamentales.

The objective of the project is to minimize the transfer times from one organ to another that users carry out, generating a central axis of circulation that allows linking the different managements. This will allow a more efficient management that benefits users when carrying out their documentary procedures, in the same way, public workers in charge of carrying out said public tasks in contribution to the service of the population. This Thesis proposal has a wide environment for the lactation and nursery area, thinking of public servants mothers and fathers who have minor children and do not have reliable personnel to care for them. Thus, it also has a large Multipurpose Room (SUM), which is divided by a separator in half, becoming two rooms for different talks or conferences.
