description El proyecto de tesis a presentar tiene como objetivo principal generar un Diseño óptimo de un Centro de Educación Técnico Productivo y Biblioteca Comunal en el sector de Alto Trujillo, debido al incremento poblacional de un 4.04% según el último censo, surge un alto nivel de analfabetismo esto se debe a que gran parte de la población tuvo la obligación de trabajar a corta edad, debido al alto índice de pobreza, por otro lado tenemos la falta de equipamientos culturales que impulsen una educación propia y autodidacta teniendo como base la educación primaria, secundaria o superior, limitando las oportunidades de la población a una mejor calidad de vida. Basándonos en esta problemática, buscamos implementar un equipamiento que regenere la zona, logrando la integración y ser un espacio de referencia educativo en el sector. De esta forma se busca la inserción laboral como parte del crecimiento económico, mediante un equipamiento con una tipología que sirva para los diferentes usuarios, siendo un proyecto híbrido que dentro de su diseño implemente espacios de encuentro, con la finalidad de poder integrar espacios en contacto con la naturaleza. Así mismo desarrollar un proyecto planteando una arquitectura flexible que logren adaptarse a las múltiples actividades que puedan desarrollarse.
