Se registró el diagnóstico de disfunción eréctil mediante el cuestionario IIEF-5, además distinguir a los pacientes cuyo registro informa el antecedente de esteatosis hepática no alcohólica por ecografía abdominal. Resultados: El estudio incluyó 114 pacientes, de los pacientes sin disfunción eréctil, el 54.3% presentaron esteatosis hepática no alcohólica; y de los pacientes con disfunción eréctil, el 45.5% presentaron esteatosis hepática no alcohólica. La esteatosis hepática no alcohólica demostró no ser un factor asociado a disfunción eréctil (RP 0.84 IC 95% 0.57 – 1.23), así mismo las diferencias observadas no son estadísticamente significativas para establecer que la esteatosis hepática no alcohólica es un factor asociado a disfunción eréctil (x2 0.843, Grado de libertad 1, Significancia 0.359). Conclusiones: La esteatosis hepática no alcohólica no es factor asociado para disfunción eréctil en pacientes del Hospital Belén de Trujillo |

Materials and methods: An observational cross-sectional study was carried out in patients seen in the outpatient clinic of the general surgery service of the Trujillo’s Belen hospital, during the period from May to June 2023. The diagnosis of erectile dysfunction was recorded using IIEF-5 Questionnaire, and distinguish the patients whose the registry reports a history of non-alcoholic hepatic steatosis by abdominal ultrasound. Results: The study included 114 patients, among patients without erectile dysfunction 54.3% presented non-alcoholic hepatic steatosis; and within patients with erectile dysfunction, 45.5%% presented nonalcoholic steatosis.
