description El objetivo de esta tesis es llevar acabo el diseño del Sistema de Alcantarillado y Agua Potable en el Barrio 6B y Barrio 7B del Centro Poblado Alto Trujillo del Distrito de El Porvenir, cuyos sectores aun no cuentan con estos servicios básicos, viviendo en pésimas condiciones de salubridad y consumiendo agua no potable. Se realizó los estudios de campo pertinentes, como la verificación en campo de la cantidad de lotes y el sentido hacia donde desaguarían, se calculó la población proyectada, se calculó también el caudal de demanda doméstico y no domestico para los diferentes nodos, no se encontró un área de uso industrial por lo que no se calculó un caudal de demanda industrial. Se llevó acabo el cálculo del caudal de aporte de ciertas áreas proyectadas como centros de salud, una institución educativa, parques, mercados y otros usos. En lo que respecta al Sistema de Alcantarillado, se llevó acabo un pre-diseño de buzones proyectados, calculando las cuencas de aporte buzón por buzón para desaguar a nuestros los buzones existentes. Teniendo todo el pre-diseño del sistema, se llevó acabo el Levantamiento Topográfico de la zona para conocer las pendientes y comenzar con el Diseño propiamente dicho. Haciendo referencia al diseño, cumplimos con los parámetros básicos de diseño como en el Sistema de Alcantarillado de cumplir la condición de fuerza tractiva mayor o igual a un Pascal (1 Pa), en el Sistema de Agua Potable cumplir con las velocidades mínimas (0.6 m/s) y máximas (3 m/s), presiones no menores a 10 mca y no mayores a 50 mca en cada nodo.
