Concluyó que resulta idóneo imponer la inhabilitación por agresiones contra integrantes del grupo familiar cuando, además de la agresión comprobada, existen patrones de conducta que indican una amenaza continua para el niño, y no se observan indicios de rehabilitación o arrepentimiento por parte del agresor; y cuando el agresor instrumentaliza los derechos parentales para mantener contacto con la víctima o continuar con dinámicas de control, siendo un obstáculo para la recuperación psicoemocional del niño.
