También, se estudió la realidad problemática en los ámbitos social, cultural y educativo del distrito de Barranca. Con esta información se plantea una propuesta de diseño realista que considera al ser humano y a su entorno como protagonistas, tomando como base la historia y cultura local; Teniendo como referente principal a Caral en conjunto con los principios de la pedagogía y la arquitectura según Montessori. La investigación, de carácter descriptivo y explicativo, partió del planteamiento de objetivos, teniendo como propósito principal fue obtener el diseño más adecuado paréala infraestructura educativa. Los resultados, tanto cualitativa como cuantitativamente, nos permiten la elaboración de la programación arquitectónica a partir del análisis de oferta y demanda en el sector, esto se verá traducido en la propuesta de diseño. La propuesta final busca ofrecer servicios educativos de nivel primario y secundario, además de actividades culturales y recreativas, enfocadas en las necesidades de los usuarios y con coherencia arquitectónica. El diseño establece una relación estable entre equipamiento y usuarios, generando espacios amplios y dinámicos que favorecen tanto al aprendizaje y a la integración social

Additionally, it examined the social, cultural, and educational issues of the district of Barranca. Based on this information, a realistic design proposal was developed, placing human beings and their environment at the center. The proposal draws inspiration from the local history and culture, particularly the heritage of Caral, combined with the pedagogical and architectural principles of the Montessori method. The study followed a descriptive and explanatory approach, starting with the definition of objectives, whose primary purpose was to achieve the most suitable design for an educational infrastructure. The results, expressed both qualitatively and quantitatively, supported the elaboration of an architectural program derived from the analysis of supply and demand in the sector. These findings were then reflected in the proposed design.The final proposal seeks to provide primary and secondary education services, as well as cultural and recreational activities, while addressing the users ’needs with architectural coherence.
