description El presente trabajo de investigación propone el diseño de un Centro de emergencia mujer y refugio temporal para personas maltratadas en el distrito de El Porvenir, siendo este proyecto el resultado del diagnóstico situacional de la demanda y problemática actual de la provincia de Trujillo, el equipamiento responde a las necesidades de los diferentes usuarios creando una arquitectura que se divide en tres fases y se acompaña con un diseño inclusivo, sensorial y biofílico. La investigación es de manera descriptiva, con resultados cualitativos y cuantitativos y bajo las normativas vigentes de nuestro país, que determinan el programa arquitectónico, seguido por la definición del concepto y las estrategias de diseño bajo la teoría de las tres fases ““limen, liminar y postliminar““ para finalmente presentar el proyecto arquitectónico enfocado en dar asistencia multifuncional, refugio temporal y capacitación proyectándolos en espacios que transmitan paz, seguridad, protección, logrando la recuperación y autonomía en la sociedad. El diseño del proyecto cuenta con un eje principal que distribuye a los espacios públicos, semipúblicos y privados que recibirán a las mujeres e hijos víctimas de violencia familiar, diseñados también para la accesibilidad e inclusión universal, acompañamiento de la naturaleza en el interior y exterior de cada espacio
