La presente investigación propone el diseño de un Colegio de alto rendimiento académico en la Región Cajamarca - Perú, como respuesta a la inexistente infraestructura para COAR en la región. La propuesta arquitectónica se plantea tomando los principios arquitectónicos de la escuela como micro Ciudad, la teoría sobre identidad arquitectónica y cultural; y, la arquitectura y medio ambiente. Metodológicamente, se trata de una investigación aplicada, no experimental, de tipo descriptivo con enfoque mixto, que utiliza tanto datos cuantitativos como cualitativos. De esta manera, la demanda proyectada a 2045 sería de aproximadamente unos 360 alumnos que corresponde con el abastecimiento del arquetipo propuesto, dado que la tasa de crecimiento establecida es del 6.59%, lo cual es también coherente con el crecimiento de la población estudiantil estimada al mismo año que pasa de 138657 a 159415.7 estudiantes. |

De esta manera, la demanda proyectada a 2045 sería de aproximadamente unos 360 alumnos que corresponde con el abastecimiento del arquetipo propuesto, dado que la tasa de crecimiento establecida es del 6.59%, lo cual es también coherente con el crecimiento de la población estudiantil estimada al mismo año que pasa de 138657 a 159415.7 estudiantes.This research proposes the design of a High-Performance School (COAR) in the Cajamarca Region, Peru, in response to the absence of existing COAR infrastructure in the area. The architectural proposal is grounded in the principles of the school-as-microcity, theories of architectural and cultural identity, and the relationship between architecture and the environment. Methodologically, it is an applied, non-experimental, descriptive study with a mixed-methods approach that employs both quantitative and qualitative data. Accordingly, the projected demand by 2045 is approximately 360 students, which aligns with the capacity of the proposed archetype, given an established growth rate of 6.59%.
