La falta de información actualizada y detallada de los cambios que realiza un contribuyente en su predio no siempre es precisa. Se propone planificar y diseñar un portal web E-Government tipo gobierno a ciudadano/usuario (tipología G2C) que permita mostrar información de la municipalidad basado en el portal de transparencia estándar que propone el estado peruano. También los usuarios podrán realizar consultas sobre los pagos realizados de su impuesto predial; esta información se obtendrá del sistema web informático que permite el registro de los contribuyentes, predios, pagos, cálculo del impuesto predial y trámites de declaraciones de juradas. Para la planificación y diseño del portal web E-Government se utilizó como base la metodología ICONIX, para el diseño del portal web y formularios el IDE NetBeans 8.2 con código fuente JAVA Web y la administración de la Base de Datos, se trabajó con el Gestor de Base de Datos pgAdmin4 by BigSQL bajo la licencia PostgreSQL. Los principales beneficiarios son los contribuyentes y ciudadanos que residen dentro de la jurisdicción del centro El Trópico, quienes visualizaran la información sobre la actual gestión municipal sobre gastos e inversión de sus impuestos a través del portal de transparencia.

Consequently, there is not good control of information when a new municipal management enters. The lack of updated and detailed information on the changes made by a taxpayer on his property is not always accurate. It is proposed to plan and design a web portal E-Government type government to citizen / user (typology G2C) that allows to show information of the municipality based on the standard transparency portal proposed by the Peruvian state. Users can also make inquiries about the payments made of their property tax; This information will be obtained from the computerized web system that allows the registration of taxpayers, land, payments, calculation of the property tax and procedures for sworn statements.
