description El desarrollo Social y Cultural son indispensables en la configuración de una sociedad para garantizar una vida de calidad, la cultura abre posibilidades que moldean la identidad de las personas orientando su comportamiento y abriendo canales de comunicación para integrar a las comunidades. En el distrito Veintiséis de Octubre esos canales se han visto interrumpidos por la ausencia de una infraestructura y espacios adecuados que den lugar a la reunión comunitaria y promuevan la cultura, la educación y el deporte, lo cual se muestra en la realidad actual del distrito, con problemáticas sociales de inseguridad, contaminación y una población disociada. En respuesta nace el objetivo de crear el proyecto de Centro Comunitario, que brinde espacios atractivos y confortables que incentiven la participación comunitaria en actividades culturales, educativas y sociales logrando cohesión social y desarrollo generando un cambio en la realidad actual del distrito. Su diseño responderá a estrategias obtenidas de la investigación de bases teóricas, proyectos de referencia y al método de encuesta para abordar de manera más precisa los requerimientos y necesidades de la población del distrito. El proyecto se dispone como un edificio articulado con su contexto, pretendiendo ser un referente con el que la población pueda identificarse.

In the “Veintiseis de Octubre” district, these channels have been disrupted by the lack of infrastructure and adequate space for community gatherings, as well as the promotion of culture, education and sports. This situation is reflected in the current district, marked by social issues such as insecurity, pollution and disconnected population. In response, the objective of creating a Community Center Project emerges, providing attractive and comfortable spaces that encourage community participation in cultural, educational and social activities, fostering social cohesion and development, and driving change in the district's current reality. Its design will incorporate strategies derived from research on the theoretical foundations, reference projects, and survey methods to address the district population´s needs and requirements more effectively.
