Los datos de la variable déficit de aprendizaje, según el cuestionario evaluativo de problemas de aprendizaje (CEPA) y los datos de la variable maloclusión, según el índice de estética dental (DAI). Se empleó el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman según el resultado de la evaluación de normalidad considerándose un nivel de significancia del 5%. RESULTADOS: Al aplicar el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman, se obtuvo un valor de (p=0.309) indicando que no hay relación significativa entre la maloclusión con el déficit de aprendizaje. En cuanto a la maloclusión y bullying, de igual manera no se obtuvo relación significativa, obteniendo un valor de (p=0.723). Sin embargo, se encontró una relación negativa, moderada y significativa para las variables bullying y déficit de aprendizaje con unos valores de (-0.167) (p=0.001). CONCLUSIÓN: No hubo relación significativa entre el bullying con el déficit de aprendizaje y maloclusiones en escolares de 12 a 14 años.

MATERIAL AND METHODS: The study had a prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, and observational design. A total of 360 students aged 12 to 14 years were evaluated. Additionally, data on the bullying variable were obtained using the modified Shaw et al. questionnaire. Data on the learning deficit variable were obtained using the Learning Problems Evaluation Questionnaire (CEPA), and data on the malocclusion variable were obtained using the Dental Aesthetic Index (DAI). Spearman's correlation coefficient was used based on the result of the normality assessment, with a significance level of 5%. RESULTS: When applying Spearman's correlation coefficient, a value of (p=0.309) was obtained, indicating that there is no significant relationship between malocclusion and learning deficit. Regarding malocclusion and bullying, likewise, no significant relationship was found, with a value of (p=0.723). However, a moderate, negative, and significant relationship was found between the variables bullying and learning deficits, with values of (-0.167) (p=0.001).
