El principal instrumento que se utilizó en la investigación fue una encuesta la cual fue aplicada a 358 alumnos. Para la contratación de la hipótesis se utilizó la prueba de chi cuadrado, siendo el diseño de la investigación “Explicativo correlacional”. Los resultados demostraron que existe una pequeña relación entre las variables, pero no es muy determinante, con respecto a los niveles de satisfacción y el nivel de permanencia se determinó que los estudiantes se encuentran satisfechos.
