La muestra estuvo conformada por 76 gestantes quienes, durante el periodo de mayo a junio, cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se utilizaron como instrumentos una ficha de recolección de datos y un cuestionario. Los resultados encontrados fueron que los factores tanto personal como socioeconómicos (p-valor > 0.05) no tienen asociación con la adherencia a la atención prenatal reenfocada (APR). De los factores institucionales, el trato del equipo que complementa la atención prenatal fue el único que se asociaba con la adherencia de APR (p-valor < 0.05), además se identificó que 75% de gestantes no muestran adherencia a la APR y un 25% sí. En conclusión, se identificó que existe asociación (p-valor < 0.05) entre los factores institucionales y la adherencia a la atención prenatal reenfocada.

The study was quantitative, descriptive, correlational and transectional. The sample was made up of 76 pregnant women who, during the period from May to June, met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. A data collection form and a questionnaire were used as an instrument. The results found were that both personal and socioeconomic factors (p-value > 0.05) have no association with adherence to refocused prenatal care (RPC). Of the institutional factors, the treatment of the team that complements the care was the only one that was associated with adherence to RPC (p-value < 0.05), in addition it was identified that 75% of pregnant women do not show adherence to RPC and 25% do.
