Con una población de estudio de la empresa Ingeniería y Servicios Integrales Castino S.A.C y con una muestra de 48 trabajadores de la empresa que laboran durante el 2022. Como técnica de recolección de datos se hizo uso la guía de análisis documental y del cuestionario, con el cual se obtuvo que de los trabajadores el 62.5% manifiestan que el nivel de productividad de acuerdo al estrés, que están sometidos; al malestar corporal sufrido y a la carga emocional que sienten; se ubican en un nivel medio. Se determinó que la influencia de la covid-19 en la productividad de los trabajadores de Ingeniería y Servicios Integrales Castino S.A.C, 2019-2022; se concluye que a mayor la influencia de la Covid-19, menor seria la productividad, con un coeficiente de Rho de Spearman de 0.445, con un nivel de significancia (Sig.<0.05), en sentido directo, en un bajo un grado de relación

This type of applied research, of non-experimental, cross-sectional design and correlational descriptive scope. With a study population from the company Ingeniería y Servicios Integrales Castino S.A.C and with a sample of 48 company workers who work during the year 2022. The questionnaire was used as a data collection technique.
