description La actividad artesanal en Catacaos es la principal fuente de ingresos de la población, esta investigación analiza 3 rubros de línea artesanal a los que se dedican los artesanos locales y su déficit en torno a su oferta y demanda de atención, el proyecto busca convertirse en una edificación representativa de la identidad cultural de la ciudad, según su ubicación, planteamos que el proyecto pase a ser el remate del gran eje comercial de artesanías, el cual lograra comunicar la expresión cultural que se muestra en una zona determinada de la ciudad y llegue a más personas, para lo cual debemos buscar una ubicación estratégica que pueda mostrar este aspecto, y que además se puedan desarrollar espacios vivenciales, multifuncionales y con dinamismo bajo las teorías de arquitectura sostenible, la propuesta busca dar como aporte un diseño arquitectónico que resalta por su simpleza en el orden de volúmenes, los espacios vivenciales son generados a través de espacios que se abren a patios, y generan una relación que vincula artesanos y visitantes del proyecto a través de patios vivenciales, también generamos una relación de espacios multifuncionales y que unen todo el proyecto a través de conectores que generan recorridos dinámicos.

This research analyzes three sectors of handcrafted goods that local artisans focus on and their deficit in terms of supply and demand for attention. The project aims to become a representative building of the city’s cultural identity. Based on its location, we propose that the project serve as the end point of the city's major commercial craft axis, which will help communicate the cultural expression showcased in a specific area of the city, reaching a wider audience. To achieve this, we need to find a strategic location that can highlight this aspect while also allowing the development of living, multifunctional, and dynamic spaces under the principles of sustainable architecture. The proposal aims to offer an architectural design that stands out for its simplicity in the arrangement of volumes. The living spaces are created by opening up to patios, fostering a relationship that connects artisans and visitors through these interactive courtyards.
