En vista a la falta de mecanismos de participación de las autoridades y entidades públicas en plantear y diseñar proyectos que incluyan el aprovechamiento de las visuales al mar y la carencia de una visión turística para aprovechar los recursos naturales y el gran potencial turístico del sector. El presente documento tiene como objetivo diseñar un “Centro recreativo ecoturístico y comercial” en Parachique, Sechura, en el cual la arquitectura se vincule la apariencia armoniosa del entorno natural y se forme una integración adecuada y equilibrada, proporcionando un excelente servicio de entretenimiento, comercial y cultural para el usuario visitante. El proyecto propone una solución a la realidad actual de Parachique. De igual modo, se buscó la armonización de infraestructura y naturaleza a través de principios de la Arquitectura orgánica y biofílica, los cuales fueron elementos de contribución esencial, por su aporte, y ayuda para determinar la forma y función de nuestro proyecto, tomando en cuenta brindar soluciones adecuadas a su desarrollo, obteniendo un vínculo con el medio natural. Por ello, se consideran las visuales al mar de Parachique, Sechura como elemento que realce la riqueza visual y recreativa para la promoción del turismo en la zona

In view of the lack of participation mechanisms of the authorities and public entities to propose and design projects that include the use of the sea views and the lack of a touristic vision to take advantage of the natural resources and the great touristic potential of the sector. The present document aims to design an ““Ecotourism and commercial recreational center““ in Parachique, Sechura, in which the architecture is linked to the harmonious appearance of the natural environment and forms an adequate and balanced integration, providing an excellent entertainment, commercial and cultural service for the visiting user. The project proposes a solution to the current reality of Parachique. Similarly, the harmonization of infrastructure and nature was sought through the principles of organic and biophilic architecture, which were elements of essential contribution, for their contribution, and help to determine the form and function of our project, taking into account to provide appropriate solutions to its development, obtaining a link with the natural environment.
