Es por ello que se realiza la siguiente investigación presentando al Steel Framing como una propuesta al mercado actual. Para realizar esta investigación primeramente se realizó el estudio de mecánica de suelos correspondiente para conocer las características mecánicas y físicas del suelo donde va a ser construida la estructural, luego se procedió a realizar la distribución de ambientes acogiéndose a la norma vigente y buscando la mayor funcionabilidad posible. Teniendo todos estos datos se procedió a hacer el predimensionamiento de cargas de gravedad como cargas laterales para posterior mente realizar el diseño estructural basándose a la norma americana AISI S-100 con ayuda del software sap2000 para modelar dicha estructura y verificar su confiabilidad. Los resultados obtenidos fueron más que satisfactorios teniendo un buen comportamiento sísmico que cumple con los parámetros de diseño, pero con la peculiar característica que tuvo valores de desplazamiento mayores pero que siguen cumpliendo con los requisitos mínimos del RNE. Por último, hicimos una comparación económica entre un presupuesto de una estructura similar de aulas prefabricadas elaborado por la municipalidad distrital de la Unión, dando una diferencia económica de S/. 70,607.57 (setenta mil seiscientos siente con 57/100 soles) equivalente al 14.77%

That is why the following research is conducted presenting the Steel Framing as a proposal to the current market. In order to carry out this research, first the corresponding soil mechanics study was carried out to know the mechanical and physical characteristics of the soil where the structural structure is going to be built, then we proceeded to carry out the distribution of environments according to the current regulations and looking for the best possible functionality. Having all these data, we proceeded to make the pre dimensioning of gravity loads and lateral loads to later perform the structural design based on the American standard AISI S-100 with the help of the software sap2000 to model the structure and verify its reliability. The results obtained were more than satisfactory, having a good seismic behavior that complies with the design parameters, but with the peculiar characteristic of having higher displacement values but still complying with the minimum requirements of the RNE.
