La presente tesis consiste en la propuesta de una nueva infraestructura para el mercado minoristas Los Portales que está ubicado en el Distrito de Trujillo, actualmente el mercado se encuentra en malas condiciones para su correcto funcionamiento y desarrollo comercial, además existe deficiente inversión, administración y cooperación de las entidades involucradas, así como una distribución poco eficiente de las áreas comerciales y de servicio. La metodología se ha desarrollado mediante la utilización de instrumentos metodológicos, entrevistas, encuestas, análisis de casos que permiten responder a las necesidades reales del contexto, incorporando criterios funcionales, espaciales, tecnológicos y ambientales. El objetivo principal es desarrollar una propuesta arquitectónica para la nueva infraestructura del mercado minorista los portales que aporte al desarrollo comercial del distrito de Trujillo 2023. En conclusión, se diseñó un objeto arquitectónico capaz de satisfacer los distintos objetivos de la presente tesis mediante una programación arquitectónica de acorde a los criterios normativos que permita promover y ordenar el comercio para lograr fortalecer el desarrollo económico y comercial en el distrito a través de estrategias proyectuales y diseño arquitectónico dando una nueva perspectiva al uso de un edificio comercial y su papel en la integración social y cultural de un lugar |

The market is currently in poor condition for proper operation and commercial development. Furthermore, there is poor investment, management, and cooperation from the entities involved, as well as an inefficient distribution of commercial and service areas. The methodology was developed through the use of methodological tools, interviews, surveys, and case studies that allow for a response to the real needs of the context, incorporating functional, spatial, technological, and environmental criteria. The main objective is to develop an architectural proposal for the new infrastructure of the Los Portales retail market that contributes to the commercial development of the Trujillo 2023 district.
