Para el segundo objetivo específico, el cual fue la localización, se utilizó el método cualitativo por puntos para determinar cuál era la ubicación óptima de la planta; así mismo el método de Guercht y el diagrama relacional, se utilizaron para realizar la distribución y el tamaño de planta. Además, la capacidad de planta se obtuvo teniendo en cuenta la demanda objetiva sacada mediante el estudio de mercado. Para concretar el tercer objetivo, se halló la inversión necesaria para la fabricación de la cerveza a base de arándano, en el cual se identificó una estructura de costos de 60% de capital propio y 40% capital de deuda. Se obtuvo VAN ECONÓMICO S/. 750,067.18 y un TIR ECONÓMICO de 158%, un VAN FINANCIERO de S/. 548,519.15 y un TIR FINANCIERO de 211%, un beneficio/costo económico y financiero es de 1.16.

The first specific objective was to conduct a market study, for which the survey technique was used as an instrument to determine the target market with the data obtained. For the second specific objective, which was the location, the qualitative method by points was used to determine the optimal location of the plant; likewise, the Guercht method and the relational diagram were used to determine the distribution and size of the plant. In addition, the plant capacity was obtained taking into account the objective demand obtained through the market study. To achieve the third objective, the investment required to manufacture the cranberry-based beer was found, in which a cost structure of 60% equity and 40% debt capital was identified.
