description Antes de la implementación de un sistema de gestión moderno y estructurado, se evidenció que diversos inconvenientes impedían el óptimo desarrollo de la ejecución de la obra. Por ello, el presente análisis se enfoca en incrementar el rendimiento mediante la aplicación del método del Last Planner System en un proyecto de construcción de la Universidad Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza. El estudio inicia con la definición y organización de los procesos constructivos, clasificando las actividades y evaluando su aporte a la producción. Esto permitió identificar y analizar las dificultades que afectan el adecuado desempeño en obra. Posteriormente, mediante la aplicación de las reglas del Planificador Final, se realizó la planificación maestra, la planificación intermedia y la programación semanal, obteniendo un plan integral que permitió visualizar y coordinar todos los elementos para un horizonte de trabajo de 10 meses. El objetivo central fue impulsar la mejora continua de las unidades de producción, logrando así una mayor eficiencia operativa. El análisis general se orienta a optimizar el desarrollo del proyecto de la Universidad Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza de Amazonas. Con la aplicación progresiva de la propuesta, se evidenció un incremento significativo en la eficiencia constructiva. Se concluye que la metodología utilizada permitió obtener mejores resultados en tiempo y costo, garantizando un desempeño superior en la ejecución de obras universitarias.

Therefore, this analysis focuses on increasing performance through the application of the Last Planner System in the construction project of the Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza National University. The study begins with the definition and organization of the construction processes, classifying the activities and evaluating their contribution to production. This allowed for the identification and analysis of the difficulties that affect proper on-site performance. Subsequently, through the application of the Last Planner rules, the master plan, intermediate planning, and weekly scheduling were carried out, resulting in an integrated plan that enabled the visualization and coordination of all project components over a 10-month work horizon. The main objective was to promote continuous improvement of production units, thus achieving greater operational efficiency. The overall analysis seeks to optimize the development of the project for the Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza National University of Amazonas. With the progressive implementation of the proposal a significant increase in construction efficiency was observed.
