El presente trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional describe la actividad profesional que he desempeñado, como Programador de SAP Workflow en BTP en el año 2022. En este informe se detalla cómo fue la configuración e implementación de una de sus herramientas: SAP Workflow en SAP Business Tecnology Platform (BTP). Lo cual se puede observar en los siguientes capítulos: En el Capítulo 1, comprende el relato de mi experiencia en las herramientas SAP a través de los años. Cómo fue que con el paso del tiempo fui descubriendo más y nuevos servicios que SAP puede ofrecer, aumentando así mis conocimientos para nuevos retos. En el Capítulo 2, describe la adaptación a este nuevo sistema, la solución de los errores que surgieron en el proceso de implementación y el reto de lo que es tener a un cliente nuevo esperando ver el resultado final. En el Capítulo 3, aborda el Desarrollo del Proyecto. Se comenzó con el análisis de la herramienta SAP Workflow, se estudiaron las actualizaciones y la forma de crear aplicaciones. Posteriormente ya con la información necesaria, se realizó el diseño que debería tener el flujo de trabajo para exponer al cliente. Luego, se prosiguió con la implementación. Este paso fue crucial y crítico. Antes la poca documentación de la herramienta, el ingenio y la perseverancia fue cruciales para que, después de tanto insistir, se lograra realizar un ciclo completo de Workflow y mostrarlo al cliente, quien, convencido del potencial de la herramienta y en los programadores, dio el Ok para elegir ser quien tome la posta de este proyecto y futuros. Por último, se elaboró un manual como guía para cualquier Programador, a fin de que se convierta en un instrumento útil para la configuración de Workflow’s en SAP BTP |

This report details how the configuration and implementation of one of its tools was: SAP Workflow on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Which can be seen in the following chapters: In Chapter 1, comprise the story of my experience in SAP tools over the years. How was it that over time I discovered more and new services that SAP can offer, thus increasing my knowledge for new challenges. In Chapter 2, he describes the adaptation to this new system, the resolution of errors that arose in the implementation process, and the challenge of having a new client waiting to see the final result. In Chapter 3, it addresses Project Development. We began with the analysis of the SAP Workflow tool, studying updates and how to create applications. Subsequently, with the necessary information, the design of what the workflow should have to present to the client was made. Then, the implementation continued. This step was crucial and critical. Before, the little documentation of the tool, ingenuity and perseverance were crucial so that, after so much insistence, it was possible to create a complete Workflow cycle and show it to the client, who, convinced of the potential of the tool and the programmers, gave Ok to choose to be the one to take charge of this project and future ones.
