A partir de un enfoque cualitativo, se emplearon entrevistas dirigidas a agricultores de cooperativas y asociaciones activas en la zona, visitas de campo, análisis documentales y revisión de estrategias implementadas por las entidades e instituciones vinculadas al tema, lo que evidenció una escaza evaluación de los sistemas productivos, una limitada transferencia de conocimientos técnicos, una débil articulación entre agricultores e instituciones y una carencia de espacios para la experimentación y formación agrícola. Por lo que se concluyó, que en el distrito existe la necesidad urgente de espacios especializados que fortalezcan las capacidades de los agricultores y que les permitan enfrentar los desafíos actuales del sector agrícola. Es por ello que, se propuso el diseño arquitectónico de un centro que integra espacios de experimentación, capacitación e interacción y que a su vez fomenta una conexión armoniosa y directa entre la naturaleza y el usuario

Using a qualitative approach, interviews with farmers from cooperatives and associations active in the area, field visits, documentary analysis, and a review of strategies implemented by entities and institutions involved in the field were used. This revealed a limited evaluation of production systems, limited transfer of technical knowledge, weak coordination between farmers and institutions, and a lack of spaces for agricultural experimentation and training. It was concluded that the district urgently needs specialized spaces that strengthen farmers' capacities and enable them to address the current challenges of the agricultural sector.
