La conclusión de la investigación fue que el incumplimiento del régimen de visitas afecta el principio superior del niño y adolescente, porque según la normativa protege el interés superior del niño ya que el menor según los jueces, fiscales y abogados no debe ser vulnerado los derechos del menor en este caso el niño y adolescente en vista que no puede vivir en condiciones de un bienestar adecuado y sano desarrollo infantil a la hora de establecer regímenes de visitas del padre
