Para la recolección se empleó el cuestionario de capacitación laboral y desarrollo de competencias para el análisis de correlación se aplicó el estadístico Rho de Spearman, el cual permitió mostrar en los resultados que la dimensión aprender a aprender mantiene un coeficiente de (0.124). Asimismo, la comunicación y colaboración indica un coeficiente (0.278). Además, el raciocinio creativo obtuvo un coeficiente (0.760) y, por último, el conocimiento tecnológico obtuvo un coeficiente (0.481). En conclusión, se puedo determinar que existe un nivel de relación positiva entre la capacitación laboral y desarrollo de competencias según el estadístico de Chi-Cuadrado es 0.000 y el valor p es menor al 0.05; por tal motivo, se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la alternativa.

For the collection, the job training and skills development questionnaire was used for the correlation analysis, the Spearman's Rho statistic was applied, which allowed showing in the results that the learning to learn dimension maintains a coefficient of (0.124). Likewise, communication and collaboration indicates a coefficient (0.278). In addition, creative reasoning obtained a coefficient (0.760) and, finally, technological knowledge obtained a coefficient (0.481).
