determinar cuáles son los factores predictivos de colecistitis aguda gangrenosa en pacientes con colecistopatía en el Hospital Santa María del Socorro de Ica en el periodo 2022 a 2023. Metodología: estudio de tipo observacional, según el alcance es de tipo descriptivo; según el número de mediciones es de tipo longitudinal y según el momento de recolección de datos es retrospectivo. Resultados: nos permitirá identificar cuáles son las principales características de los factores predictivos para la identificación de la colecistitis gangrenosa como las características sociodemográficas que de manera directa se presenta, la edad sus principales resultados de laboratorio, las diferentes comorbilidades que presentan los pacientes, así como los hábitos nocivos. Conclusión: el estudio va llegar de manera directa a la conclusión de la identificación de los factores relevantes para poder mejorar los diferentes protocolos que se identifican en el manejo de este tipo de pacientes para el incremento del conocimiento de los profesionales, así como la mejora de la calidad de la atención de los usuarios |
