Entre las principales problemáticas tenemos la deficiente infraestructura cultural y educativos – productivo, la insuficiente área destinada al Espacio Público que cumpla con la función de promover la comunidad en el sector y la inexistencia de espacio comunitarios que promuevan la asistencia social. Con ello, la propuesta busca crear un equipamiento que sirva como articulador urbano y espacios públicos dinamizadores que contribuyan con la cohesión social dentro del sector estudiado. Para ello, la investigación ha caracterizado la realidad del distrito de El Porvenir justificando la problemática y los objetivos a alcanzar, con esto presente se realiza una programación arquitectónica que vaya de acuerdo al contexto (paisaje urbano) y usuario de manera que esta se materialice en premisas que favorezcan al objeto de diseño arquitectónico, este último estable una relación de constante comunicación con los otros dos eslabones para llegar al resultado más favorable en la presente intervención.

Among the main problems we have the deficient cultural and educational-productive infrastructure, the insufficient area allocated to public space that fulfills the function of promoting community in the sector and the lack of community spaces that promote social assistance. With this, the proposal seeks to create a facility that serves as an urban articulator and dynamic public spaces that contribute to social cohesion within the studied sector.
