En los resultados se evidencia: en cuanto a conocimientos predominó el nivel regular con un 88.6%, mientras que sólo un 11.4% tuvo un nivel de conocimiento bueno. El nivel de adherencia a la guía de nutrición enteral predominó el nivel eficiente con un 71.4%, mientras que solo el 28.6% tuvo nivel muy eficiente de adherencia. Conclusiones: se determinó la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y el nivel de adherencia a la guía de nutrición enteral, la cual tuvo un resultado Sig bilateral de 0.001 siendo menor a un valor de p de 0.005. Por tanto, se aceptó la hipótesis general y se rechazó la hipótesis nula, indicando que el nivel de conocimiento se relaciona significativamente con el nivel de adherencia a la guía de nutrición enteral en enfermeros de áreas críticas de un hospital de Sullana, 2024

A quantitative approach was used, descriptive level in a sample of 35 nurses. who work in critical areas. The results show: in terms of knowledge, the average level predominated with 88.6% while only 11.4% had a good level of knowledge. The level of adherence to the enteral nutrition guide predominated at the efficient level with 71.4% while only 28.6% had a good level of adherence. Conclusions: the relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of adherence to the enteral nutrition guide was determined, which had a bilateral Sig result of 0.001, being less than a p value of 0.005.
