El trabajo se desarrolló durante los años 2008 – 2016, recopilando datos estadísticos y cifras reales del crecimiento del sector Turismo y Comercio tanto a nivel local como nacional y su comparativa con otros países para proyecciones a nivel macro, y analizando casos de cadenas hoteleras nacional e internacionales para conocer realidades mejor posicionadas y de éxito en este rubro lo que nos permitió identificar requisitos que nos aseguramos fueran cumplidos y superados, tanto en los aspectos funcionales, estéticos, tecnológicos y ambientales, para impulsar nuestro proyecto de una manera integral, mostrando como los puntos antes mencionados pueden ir de la mano y cumpliendo estándares de calidad y alta competitividad, creando edificios inteligentes pero no solo por tener tecnología de vanguardia si no porque se pensó en todos los aspectos del hecho de proyectar un Hotel y obtener rentabilidad asegurada, integración con su contexto mediato e inmediato impulsando de una manera eficaz al desarrollo de Trujillo contribuyendo al crecimiento de éste en el ámbito turístico como también económico siendo viable para su aplicación y dar el mayor confort al usuario.
