La población se constituyó por el proceso de localización de personas en la ciudad de Lima en el año 2019 y la muestra se constituyó por 5 procesos de simulación de localización de personas en la ciudad de Lima en el periodo noviembre y diciembre del 2019. Finalmente, la conclusión principal fue desarrollar una aplicación móvil de alertas basada en GPS para reducir el tiempo de localización de personas en la ciudad de Lima. Lo más importante de haber desarrollado un aplicativo móvil de alertas fue la usabilidad porque era fácil de usar en cualquier tipo de dispositivo con sistema operativo Android, iOS y Windows Phone. Lo que más ayudó a desarrollar este aplicativo móvil de alertas fue que las personas cuentan con un dispositivo móvil porque en ese momento eran más baratos. Lo más difícil en haber desarrollado un aplicativo móvil de alertas fue definir las funcionalidades con las que iba a contar el aplicativo porque estas funcionalidades debían ser fáciles de entender y usar.
