La muestra estuvo conformada por 33 enfermeros, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario estructurado validado para evaluar el nivel de conocimiento, así como una lista de verificación para observar la aplicación práctica del bundle. El análisis de los datos se realizó mediante estadística descriptiva e inferencial. Los resultados mostraron que el 42.4% de los participantes tenía un conocimiento alto y el 63.6% aplicaba adecuadamente el bundle. Las dimensiones con mejor puntuación fueron la posición correcta de la cabecera (90.9%) y el manejo correcto de la vía aérea (84,8%). Mediante la prueba Chi Cuadrado, se evidenció una relación estadísticamente significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento y la aplicación del bundle (p = 0.001). Se concluye que un mayor nivel de conocimiento favorece la adherencia al bundle, por lo que se recomienda fortalecer los programas de capacitación y fomentar una cultura institucional de seguridad basada en prácticas clínicas estandarizadas.

Quantitative, correlational, descriptive, and cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 33 nurses, to whom a validated structured questionnaire was administered to assess their level of knowledge, as well as a checklist to observe the practical application of the bundle. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that 42.4% of participants had high knowledge and 63.6% applied the bundle appropriately. The dimensions with the highest scores were correct head-of-bed positioning (90.9%) and proper airway management (84.8%). Using the Chi-Square test, a statistically significant relationship was found between knowledge level and bundle implementation (p = 0.001). It is concluded that a higher level of knowledge promotes adherence to the bundle, so it is recommended to strengthen training programs and foster an institutional safety culture based on standardized clinical practices.
