Para determinar la confiabilidad de la encuesta se empleó el estadístico Kuder–Richardson Formula 20, encontrando una confiabilidad altamente significativa siendo esta 0.765 y fue validado por juicio de expertos. Resultados: Se encontró que la creencia más frecuente fue “Mi bebé le quita calcio y flúor a mis dientes durante mi embarazo”, con un 55.94%, mientras que la menos frecuente fue “Si veo un relámpago o rayo mi hijo nacerá con labio partido”, con un 3.13%. Conclusiones: La creencia más frecuente fue “Mi bebé le quita calcio y flúor a mis dientes durante mi embarazo”, mientras que la menos frecuente fue “Si veo un relámpago o rayo mi hijo nacerá con labio partido”. Es necesario incluir una charla sobre mitos y salud oral para las gestantes en su respectivo centro de atención.

To determine the reliability of the survey the Kuder-Richardson Formula 20 statistic was used, finding a highly significant reliability being 0.765 and was validated by expert judgment. Results: It was found that the most frequent belief was ““My baby takes calcium and fluoride to my teeth during my pregnancy““, with 55.94%, while the less frequent one was ““If I see a lightning bolt or lightning my son will be born with a broken lip,““ With 3.13%. Conclusions: The most common belief was ““My baby removes calcium and fluoride during my pregnancy my teeth““, while the least frequent was ““If you see a flash of lightning or lightning my child will be born with cleft lip““.
