El trabajo se desarrolló en un Centro Radiológico de Trujillo e incluyó un total de 150 análisis cefalométricos elegidas por conveniencia. Para determinar la concordancia entre el análisis de Björk Jarabak y el de Ricketts en el diagnóstico del biotipo facial se recogió la información que fue procesada por tablas estadísticas, utilizando el método Kappa de Cohen Se consideró un nivel de significancia del 5%. Los resultados nos permiten concluir que si existe concordancia aceptable entre el análisis de Björk Jarabak y el de Ricketts en el diagnóstico del biotipo facial en pacientes de 11 a 30 años de edad.

The present work is retrospective, transversal, descriptive, observational. To determine the concordance between the analysis of Björk Jarabak and that of Ricketts in the diagnosis of the facial biotype, information was collected that was processed by statistical tables, using Cohen's Kappa method.
