Conclusiones: La razón cintura /estatura elevada tiene valor para predecir ERC en diabéticos tipo 2 obesos en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo.

Results: Elevated waist tall ratio has an sensibility, especificity, positive, negative predictive value and predictive exactitude of 82%, 76%, 94%, 47% and 81% predict chronic renal disease in patients with obesity and diabetes mellitus type 2.
