description El siguiente proyecto se basa en la creación de una residencia estudiantil para los estudiantes provenientes de otras provincias que buscan alojamiento en la ciudad de Trujillo para estudiar en la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Se busca promover este proyecto dentro de la Directiva N° 006 – 2014/SBN(modalidad de CompraVenta), la transferencia en venta directa de un bien inmueble estatal, para fines de un proyecto calificado de interés regional. La motivación de este proyecto se centra en ofrecer a los estudiantes foráneos un alojamiento funcional, organizado, seguro y confortable. Se analizara factores diferentes para la justificación del proyecto y determinar la dimensión del mismo, a través de estadísticas y encuestas. Luego del dimensionamiento, se describirá el diseño, distribución y requerimientos de las diferentes zonas en el proyecto.
