Sumario:random sampling of lots of different area each phenological stage of the crop were made, in varieties IAC8 and V26, these samples were taken to the Laboratory of Plant Protection of the National University of San Martin - Tarapoto. symptoms of each disease, incidence, severity, characteristics of reproductive, vegetative structures and colony development were evaluated. Also for food poisoning test it was used mescla culture medium with the following fungicides: Mancozeb, Bonomil, propineb, Carbendazim, lshopropiniatole and Tebuconazole. Sclerotium fungi were identified rofsii, Bipolaris sorokiniana, Corynespora sp., Cercospora sp, Fusarium sclani, Cercospora kikuchii, Phakopsora pachymizi. The fungus Phakopsora pachyrhizi showed a gradual increase in the incidence and severity of incidents reaching 100% with 5% to 80% of affected leaf area (A), becoming an epidemic in campaign 1 to 2005-I and 2005-II; Likewise the fungus Fusarium sofani, showed an increase in incidence of 10 to 20%, in the last batches evaluated at the end of the hood. Fungicides better controlled phytopathogenic fungi found were Tebuconazole, Mancozeb, Propineb, and Benomilen 100% the benomyl, Tebuconazofe and Mancozeb are fungicides showed good control for the fungus Ceroospora kikuchii and Fusarium sotaní, other fungicides showed slow control pathogens.
