Los problemas que incomodan a los pobladores del sector Barrio Huayco - Tarapoto respecto a una infraestructura vial es preocupante, es lamentable ver, que, por falta de este, se hace dificultoso el acceso al mercado N° 03, generando grandes pérdidas económicas en los comerciantes y en el área de influencia. En la presente tesis se diseñó la estructura del pavimento de las principales vías de acceso al Mercado N° 03, cuyas principales funciones son las de proporcionar una superficie uniforme de textura apropiada, resistente a la acción del tráfico, intemperismo y otros agentes perjudiciales; además se diseñó el sistema de drenaje pluvial, con el fin de solucionar los problemas de inundaciones y enfermedades provocadas por bacterias del agua. Los problemas y soluciones de los mismos se identificaron mediante investigaciones y visitas a los lugares afectados, con esto el área de influencia se beneficiará de manera económica. A continuación, se presentan los criterios tomados y planteamientos de las propuestas de diseños realizados en las siguientes calles: Jr. Miraflores cuadras 03 – 09, Jr. Huallaga cuadras 01 – 07, Jr. Ilo cuadras 01 – 04, Jr. 6 de Setiembre cuadras 01 y 02, Jr. Vencedores de Comainas cuadras 01 – 04, Psje. Nuevo Paraíso cuadra 01, Jr. Abancay cuadras 01 - 06, Jr. Josué Saavedra cuadras 01 – 03, Jr. Luis Flores Sánchez cuadras 01 – 04, siendo las principales vías de acceso al Mercado N° 03. The problems that disturb the inhabitants of the Barrio Huayco sector - Tarapoto regarding to a road infrastructure is worrying, it is regrettable to see that, due to lack of this, it becomes difficult to access to the N º 03 market, generating great economic losses in the sellers in the area of influence. In the following thesis, the pavement structure of the main access roads to Market No. 03 was designed, whose main functions are to provide a uniform surface of appropriate textura, resistant to the action of traffic, weathering and other harmful agents; In addition, the drainage system was designad to solve the problems of floods and diseases causad by bacteria in the water. Problems and solutions were identified through exploration and visit to affected sites, with this the area of influence will benefit economically. The following are the criteria taken and approaches of the designs proposals made in the following streets: Miraflores Street blocks 03 - 09, Huallaga Street blocks 01 - 07, llo Street blocks 01 - 04, 6 de Setiembre Street blocks 01 and 02, Vencedores de Comainas Street blocks 01 - 04, Nuevo Paraíso Passage block 01, Abancay street blocks 01 - 06, Josue Saavedra street blocks 01 - 03, and Luis Flores Sánchez Street blocks 01 - 04, being the main access routes to Market N º 03.
