Sumario:Raising fish at a smaller scale by providing balanced food extruzado 1 00% creates productivity advantages in aquatic species in size and weight to a minimum of 04 months of production misuse of aquaculture technical procedures may alter the conditions ofwater quality negatively impacting production among others. Through this research Saprophytes Fungi concentration in water that is used in the breeding of "Tilapia" Oreochromis niloticus fungi may be increased by the development of the activity as part of the production process was evaluated for this the total fish farms authorized level Minor Scale we proceeded to monitor water resource locating 02 Monitoring Stations for each evaluated fish farm (04 farms in total) one at the entrance of water to the fish farm and other in the center of the pond in production monitoring frequency intervals were 30 days for a period of 4 consecutive months. Location independent entry and exit of water production level approval of the activity start of production and use 100% of pet food in the production process : the selection of fish farms evaluated severa! criteria were taken into account as. The results indicates that there is the presence of saprophytic fungi in revenue and ponds due to compliance with technical protocols established for the development of culture "Tilapia" Oreochromis niloticus Low - Level Scale as disinfection pond with lime application , the entry and exit of water from each estanquerías extruzado use of feed, method of feeding and seeding that ensures optimum feed utilization and conversion into fish flesh . If there is presence of microscopic fungi Saprophytes in bodies of water used for the development of aquaculture activity Creates conditions for the growth of microorganisms that reduce the availability of dissolved oxygen causing stress and vulnerability to fish diseases and parasites that be engestados by people through fish could primarily affect the digestive system.
