La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la planificación administrativa y la gestión ambiental en la Municipalidad Provincial de Moyobamba, 2022. La investigación fue tipo básica, diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo correlacional, cuya población y muestra fue de 89 trabajadores. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de planificación administrativa, fue medio en 46,1 %, bajo en 30,3 % y alto en 23,6 %; la gestión ambiental, fue medio en 39,3 %, bajo en 37,1 % y alto en 23,6 %.
