En nuestro medio se viene adecuándonos., que las normas impartidas por el ente rector., se adecuen a nuestra realidad ya que a veces nos encontramos con ciertas limitaciones tanto material como económicamente., es por eso que el Programa Materno Perinatal debemos orientarlo a las actividades preventivas promocionales que tengan la debida acogida en cuanto a la atención del control Pre Natal., Parto y Recién Nacido., debemos llegar a la madre gestante para así poder cumplir con lo estipulado en el programa, y de esta manera llegar a un feliz término de una. gestación. Las normas para el cuidado de la salud materno perinatal y del Bienestar Familiar, son necesarias para la programación de actividades por el personal responsable de la salud materno perinatal de todos los niveles del sistema de servicios de salud y para. la organización de sus recursos. Teniendo en cuenta lo anteriormente expuesto, se ha e laborado el presente documento que contiene "Las Normas Técnico Adrninistrativas para la. Atención Integral de la Salud Materno Perinatal" y consta de: Aspectos Generales, que comprende de objetivos, Ámbito, base Legal, Justificación y aspectos conceptuales. Normas Administrativas en las que se consideran las diferentes etapas del proceso de organización, Planificación, Supervisión, Evaluación, entre otras. Normas Técnicas en las que se señalan las orientaciones generales para la atención de la salud materno perinatal. Normas de investigación que comprende orientaciones para propuestas de investigaciones a nivel local. Normas educativas en las que se dan orientaciones para. las acciones de Información Educación Comunicación (IEG) y capacitación. En anexos se presentan cuadros y gráficos. En el Departamento de San Martin, se encuentra una casa superior de estudios con una Facultad de Obstetricia desde los años de su creación, donde a parte de la formación de alumnos, realizan actividades de proyección a la comunidad con un grupo multidisciplinario (ginecólogos, médicos, obstetras, etc. y los alumnos); la finalidad es de dar énfasis en el fomento, promoción, prevención, protección y recuperación. En la salud reproductiva, los docentes, alumnos participan activamente para identificar los problemas de salud en la comunidad y nos orienta a su línea de investigación y con ello aportar a la solución de su problema. Dentro de este problema el binomio madre-hijo, si bien es cierto se está implementando una serie de programas preventivos promocionales solo para atender a un grupo de madres con citas; es decir los que viven en la ciudad y de alguna manera tienen mucha facilidad para ser atendidas por un profesional, el problema es grave en la zonas rurales y urbano marginales donde se encuentran con postas médicas, promotores y vigías, que no tienen la formación académica suficiente para brindar el servicio adecuado,. a los grupos más vulnerables. Creo que para cumplir con los objetivos que se propone es necesario unir esfuerzos sobre todo con aquellos que tienen relación directa con las comunidades alejadas (Club de Madres, Organización Campesinas, etc.) y realizar campañas de capacitación contando para esto equipos de profesionales que tanta. falta hacen a la. población urbano marginal.
