“Evaluación de cuatro dosis de Trihormona en el cultivo de espinaca (Spinacia Oleracea) variedad “Viroflay f-1”, bajo condiciones agroclimáticas en el distrito de Lamas”

El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivos de evaluar y determinar el efecto de cuatro dosis de tri hormona en la estimulación del incremento de la producción del cultivo de Espinaca (Spinacia oleracea.) Var. “Viroflay F1”, bajo las condiciones agroclimáticas del distrito de Lamas, así como de realizar el análisis económico de los tratamientos estudiados. La investigación fue realizada en los terrenos del Fundo “El Pacífico” de propiedad del señor Jorge Luís Peláez Rivera, ubicado políticamente en el distrito y provincia de Lamas, departamento de San Martín. la siembra se realizó con fecha 20 de mayo de 2015. Se utilizó el Diseño Estadístico de Bloque Completo al azar (DBCA) con 5 tratamientos y 4 repeticiones por tratamiento haciendo un total de 20 unidades experimentales. Se utilizó el Programa Estadístico SPSS22 para el procesamiento de los datos generados en campo, obteniéndose los resultados en el Análisis de Varianza a P<0,05 y P<0,01, Coeficiente de Variabilidad (C.V.), Coeficiente de Determinación (R2), Prueba de Rangos Múltiples de Duncan a una P<0,05 y regresiones simples. Los tratamientos estudiados fueron: T0 (Testigo), T1 (0.20 l.ha-1 de tri hormona Agrostemin G.L.); T2 (0.30 l.ha-1 de tri hormona Agrostemin G.L.); T3 (0.40 l.ha-1 de tri hormona Agrostemin G.L.); T4 (0.50 l.ha-1 de tri hormona Agrostemin G.L.). Las variables evaluadas fueron: Altura de planta, peso por planta, peso por planta, diámetro del tallo, rendimiento en la producción en t.ha-1 y análisis económico. Los resultados obtenidos indican que las plantas tratadas con la dosis de 0.5 l.ha-1 de Agrostemin G.L., resultó ser el tratamiento que determinó que influya en la estimulación del incremento del rendimiento y beneficio económico en el cultivo de la espinaca (Spinacia oleracea) variedad “Viroflay F1, bajo las condiciones del distrito de Lamas obteniendo 10 402,50 kg.ha-1 de peso fresco y un Beneficio / costo de 1.41 y un beneficio neto de S/. 3 032,38 Nuevos Soles, respectivamente. The objective of the research work was to evaluate and determine the effect of four doses of tri - hormone in the stimulation of the increase in the production of spinach (Spinacia oleracea.) Var. "Viroflay F1", under the agroclimatic conditions of the district of Lamas, as well as to carry out the economic analysis of the treatments studied. The investigation was carried out in the lands of the "El Pacífico" Fund owned by Mr. Jorge Luís Peláez Rivera, located politically in the district and province of Lamas, department of San Martín. sowing was performed on May 20, 2015. The randomized complete block design (DBCA) was used with 5 treatments and 4 replicates per treatment making a total of 20 experimental units. We used the SPSS22 Statistical Program to process the data generated in the field, obtaining the results in the Analysis of Variance at P <0.05 and P <0.01, Coefficient of Variability (CV), Coefficient of Determination (R2) , Duncan Multiple Rank Test at P <0.05 and simple regressions. The treatments studied were: T0 (Control), T1 (0.20 l.ha-1 of tri-hormone Agrostemin G.L.); T2 (0.30 l.ha-1 of tri-hormone Agrostemin G.L.); T3 (0.40 l.ha-1 of tri-hormone Agrostemin G.L.); T4 (0.50 l.ha-1 of tri-hormone Agrostemin G.L.). The variables evaluated were: Plant height, weight per plant, weight per plant, stem diameter, yield in t.ha-1 production and economic analysis. The results obtained indicate that the plants treated with the dose of 0.5 l.ha-1 of Agrostemin GL, proved to be the treatment that determined that it influences the stimulation of the increase of yield and economic benefit in the cultivation of spinach (Spinacia oleracea) variety "Viroflay F1, under the conditions of the district of Lamas obtaining 10 402,50 kg.ha-1 fresh weight and a Profit / cost of 1.41 and a net profit of S /. 3 032.38 Nuevos Soles, respectively
