Currently, administrative management in any company represents a competitive element, whichis why this research fieldis basedon a descriptive study aimsto evaluate the Administrative Management and its Relations hipwith Labor Productivity Omegha Company Building Constructor'S CO. S.A.C., in this sense, thestudy variable is the Administrative Management and dimensions are; planning, organization, management, control, and marketing costs. For which a type of correlational research, where he was all owed to see through the chisquare test there lations hip of the two variables was designed. Consequently, theanaly sis evidenced that the company favorably identified with an efficient and effective administration, in most processes. The conclusions are that the organization has favorable conditions for the implementation of modern has a definite and kno wnforits personal structure, controls most of its processes, has a wide portfolio of clients and provides constant benefits the sales team. Consequently, the main recommendations attended, in defining strategies and guide lines base don optimizing the administrative management, correcting weaknesses and taking advantage of market opportunities.
