Sumario:The present study has for aim determine the existing influence between the system evaluation national of Basic Regular Education with the evaluation of the learning in the student's of secondary education of the Educational lnstitution " Saint Toribio" in the District of Rioja. Fromthe study"ex posttransverse fact - correlational ", and thedegree ofrelationshipbetweenvariables, we usedtheoretical methodsofinduction, analysis, synthesis, and methods of empirical and statistical me a surement, and a survey to establish individual the level of perception of teachers and students of School" Santo Toribio" in 04 specialty teachers for Science Technology and Environment, applying a testof 27questions, and 60 thirdgrad estudent's of secondary level, corresponding to VIIC y cleof Basic Education, with the implementation of a survey of1 Oitems The statistical test, it was found that relation does not exist between the System EBR's Evaluativo and the level of evaluation of the learning in the student's of the Cycle VIl (3er degree) of Secondary Educational in the Area of Science Technology and Environment; a value being obtained calculated of Zc = 3,02 majar that the value to tabulate of za = ±1,96, product of the low knowledge that the teachers have brings over of the levels of the Evaluation of the Learning.
