Sumario:The present investigation sought to determine the current status of the Micro and Small Enterprises - Mypes Clay Brick Production of the Alto Mayo (provinces of Rioja and Moyobamba) in terms of the Occupational Safety and Health, as is known this activity has been increasing in our region, part of it is made in areas due to lack of information to the employee for health and safety do not require compliance with its rules and appropriate laws. These impacts are generated because the activity is carried out without technical criteria Occupational Safety and Health as determined by the standard criteria that help to improve working conditions and control accidents. Within the methodology was carried out field survey of information on a total of 17 Production Units (Brickworks) representing 30% of total production units located in the provinces of Moyobamba and Rioja, and subsequently evaluated for efficiency Security system and Occupational Health and measuring mechanisms to reduce the risks that may arise in each production unit. As part of the results of the evaluation, we show that by 2012 Production Units - Brick factories the Alto Mayo (Provinces of Moyobamba and Rioja), the Occupational Safety System is a Poor 76.47%, and only 5.88 % sample efficiency, with respect to the 94.12% Occupational Health is Poor and Moderately Efficient is 5.88%, making it necessary that parallel to its implementation are conducted awareness campaigns, training in good practices by binding institutions.
